Used to cut the oil pan RTV sealant on International Engines. The tool has a blade which is tapped into the sealant and driven around the perimeter of the oil pan, breaking the seal. This tool makes pan removal fast and trouble free when compared to makeshift prying and cutting methods that often deform and permanently damage oil pans.
